Small Group Training

Small group training groups train a maximum of 6 people allowing giving everyone personal attention catered to their movement needs. 

Current Schedule:

Monday: 12:30-1:30pm

Thursday: 6-7pm

Friday: 6-7am

Saturday: 9-10am

Private Sessions
Ono-on-one sessions are a beneficial way to effectively achieve your movement goals. After your initial consultation, a personalized program is designed based on variables such as range of motion, flexibility, and strength to give you the most optimal training session.

On-Site Corporate Consulting
We come to your business to teach movement, consult for stand-up work stations, and advise for healthy lifestyle coaching.
